Local differences
Georgia
Loans are made directly by ADF of Georgia, LLC, not by the partner bank, and the minimum loan is higher at $3,100.
Hawaii
The minimum loan is $1,600, higher than in most other states.
Wisconsin
The origination fee is capped at 5% of the loan or $175, whichever is lower.

Is Personify available in California, New York or Illinois?
No. Personify does not currently lend in those states, or in any state outside its list of 27.
Why is Personify not available in my state?
State laws differ on the interest rates and fees lenders may charge. Personify, like most high-cost lenders, operates only where its loan terms are permitted.
Did Personify stop lending in some states?
Yes. New Mexico and South Carolina were previously served and are no longer on Personify's list.
